These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of fundsden.com (the "Site"), operated by FundsDen. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What FundsDen is (and is not)

FundsDen is not a lender, bank, or broker and does not make loans or credit decisions. We are a free advertising and referral service that connects your request with third-party lenders and lending partners. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, approved, or funded, and we do not set the rates, amounts, or terms any lender may offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states), a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Use the Site only for lawful purposes and your own personal use;
Maintain the confidentiality of any information you receive from lenders.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request, you authorize FundsDen and the lenders and partners we work with to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and text, consistent with the consent shown on the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message/data rates may apply.

Third-party lenders and links

Any dealings you have with a lender are solely between you and that lender. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the products, services, rates, or conduct of any third party. Your use of a lender's services is governed by that lender's own terms and disclosures.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by FundsDen or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundsDen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site or any loan you obtain from a third party.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundsDen from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflicts of law. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
